On 29 September 2026, BIHR completed an Equivalency Determination (ED) with Latitude Global, a U.S-based public charity that provides “due diligence” services for funders.
The ED confirms that BIHR operates in a manner equivalent to a U.S. public charity and was conducted in line with U.S. Treasury Regulations and Revenue Procedure 2017-53.
