Advocacy Program

Rooted in principles of justice, international law, and self-determination, the program works to expose and challenge systemic violations committed under occupation through rigorous documentation, public campaigns, and policy-oriented advocacy. By working directly with duty bearers, including the international community, diplomatic missions, regional bodies, civic and academic institutions, UN bodies, church-affiliated organizations, and global partners, the Advocacy Program highlights Palestinian promotes Palestinian human rights, justice, and self-determination.  The program amplifies Palestinian voices in global forums and pressures decision-makers to take meaningful action. It also supports local communities in advocating for their rights, equipping them with the tools and platforms to resist oppression and demand accountability. Through this multi-level approach, the BIHR seeks to shift narratives, influence policy, and drive structural change toward freedom and dignity for all Palestinians.
